Would there be a facility to park our RV and bring Gladys on the trailer? I know- total freakin waste, but other wise it'll be me and Morris on our own with the tent again.
Opinions please, chaps...

Of course, there is tons of unused space, I had the only pitch on the entire south side of the camp last year for the Volvo and caravan , could have got 10 motorhomes in there.

It wouldn't be the first RV to join us. Just accept the trailer queen jokes. ;)

May be I could borrow your trailer Judith to pop back down the A1 to collect Alan after Matilda's annual breakdown. :roflmao:

You take you're RV, partner & trailer your Minor, I drive from Aberdeen with Mrs G this year & stay in B&B, rather than at MMO Camp HQ, but at least we'll all be in attendance, so that's the important bit, taking part. :brave:

Not long now folks, ill probably be towing Edward on a car trailer unless the weather is set to be exceptional and will be joined by my mate Phil with his Regal.
Ive traded the ERIBA for a proper caravan, which is supposed to be built this coming week so we may well be camping this year.

Looking forward to it.

As we approach our 6th National Gathering I have some 'housekeeping' notices to share with you. The show ground have introduced a few changes which mainly effect fires. The attached pdf has the rules listed. Nothing drastic but fair on all if noted.

The following pdf is setting out details of the Saturday night BBQ and entertainment. I'm pleased to say our very own musical wizard is doing his thing again.

Lastly I believe our Rocker Cover Derby magician has been hard at work with some improvements to the track. He must be busy because I can't see a countdown on the header..!!! ;)

Actually Yes and yes, the countdown timer has been there for a month at least, I just couldn't make it display since we are now on a secure server, worked my magic and got it working eventually. 8)

Yes we will have a little extra attached to the track this year. :D

If all goes well this year, I may take it on tour next summer. 8)

As our friends up north have had a boring summer so far I thought I'd challenge them to a North v South Rocker Cover Derby match.

Anyone wanting to take part let me know and we'll work out a scoring system to find a winner. ;)

Bearer of bad news, but due to a number of factors - building work going on at Gill Grotto, the delay in obtaining my Corvette (still waiting to go and collect it) & the son of Swiss friends of ours now confirmed as coming over for two weeks (the week before & after The Gathering), Jimbo, Erika & Mabel will no longer attend the 6th MMO Gathering. Gutted, my own fault for trying to fit in so many things as soon as I retire.
It does mean that I'll have loads of time to perfect my Rocker Cover Racer - Quasimodo for 7th etc.
Regards,
Jim G

There is distinct possibility that I may not be able to attend this year due to family stuff.
