Traveller on tour....soon

This is the first time in trying out my new towbar,and so far so good.
I'm hoping to make it up to the Scottish north east rally this year and i'm taking my bed (cooker,dvd,pillows and curtains)with me.

it's a teardrop..big in the states.
There are plenty styles to choose from.

I was on Orkney last Year.It was to big a risk to camp so we stayed in a cottage at the foot of the Kichener monument..
A fantastic place,and worth repeat visits.

2fry Fantastic-it knocks spots of some over the Pond that I have seen personally (one even with Aircon-in Arizona, would you believe)and even matches all on the  Net-well done mate you deserve only the best praise.
You eventually picked the right Alloys to match--- Gisa look at all the Gismo's on and in it, be proud Mate ,damned proud.

It's a 4x8 frosty,only because that's all i could get.
5 foot wide for the next one...
I'll get some pics of the inside soon minormadman.
At the moment it's like a shed on wheels,it's full of junk.
Just wait until i have my new garage..

Any pic's of the towbar, I quite fancy one on my van, it has a Traveller bumper fitted. Not much progress on said van at the mo, lost heart in it  :(
Remember and look in if your passing Kincardine.

The LCVs need a significantly different design of tow bar to the traveller.

Question-where did you get the Traveller roof rack?

And how does it attach? I though the guttering was too weak on a Traveller?

I made the roof rack  from 1/2" tube&some 1/4" bar....

The ends of the tube are just crushed and wrapped with some rubber.Then a small metal clip holds in around the gutter...


My Gutters are bonded on along with the standard issue tacks..I have never had a load of any great weight on the top so i don't know it's limit...
