Yes it will be living in the boot except when going on camping trips as I think I will need the space. I just need to get the badge to cover the hole as it doesn't appear to be there.

I had plenty space for luggage with wheel in boot. The weight of the wheel on bootlid isn't the best.

Sent many a shift sitting in one of those. Mostly blue and sometimes white. Image

I might pop over to the other field to have a look at it when we're at Patley Bridge...

I am sure he will keep up, just wont be anywhere near as comfortable :D

Enjoy, will the spare wheel be going back in the boot?

Sean.

I'll be comfortable on my Volvo seats, have sat many an hour in lay-bys without any comfort issue... ;)

I left the P6 at the MOT station this morning, I got a phone call from them an hour later saying the gear stick came off and they were unable to do the test.

Looks like it was broken a long time ago and a botch repair done. I could have done another botch job but decided to replace it. I'm just waiting for a phone call so I can go and collect a NOS gear stick from a fella 20 miles away, happy days. :D

Hopefully get the MOT done next Saturday.

:( Oh dear, good job it was whilst at the MOT station and not when driving on a main road. Hope you get the new gear stick fitted without any problems and sail through the MOT next weekend.

Yes I replaced the wheel bearing a couple of weeks ago, a much quieter ride now. :)

I'm meeting up with the fella with the new gear stick tomorrow, so all should be well tomorrow afternoon. :D

He's had a bit of a name change to something a bit more Viking, Ragnar. :D
