Not what some of you were expecting, but I decided to have a wee break from Minor ownership and buy something that I have always wanted to own. Don't worry, I'll still be here and playing my part in the MMO. :D

I may even buy a van/pickup next year to go with it, but we'll wait and see. :D

Lovely. Always fancied one of these myself. 8)

Does it have the original 4-speed manual 'box, or an upgraded 5-speeder?

It has the original 4 speed, but I may upgrade to a 5 speed later on. :D

Looks very nice Mick, I'd certainly not refuse another one. I was on the point of buying a very low mile 3500S (less than 20k) from a mate when he wrapped it round a lamp post. This whetted my appetite and I had 6 of them over a few years, with a MK1 3500 being with me for 13 years. You'll certainly cruise nicely to Pately Bridge in it - well done.

You'll be parked up at the other end of the Pateley Bridge camp site, along with all your new concourse Rover buddies - maybe after a group discussion and some liquid bribery, we'll let you back into "The Club."

Very nice mate, look forward to seeing you in remakes of 1970's Police TV shows' car chases; skidding to a halt and coming out with a pair of tights over your head, packing a pair of nostrils and a Doctor's bag full of loot :raz:

It's got a touch of the Ferrari Testarossa about it, with the Henna red rocker covers.
