How have you done your fuel return hose route, and which ignition system are you using - Magnetti Marelli?

Hi, I silver solded a section of copper pipe into the highest part of the fuel tank and then solded that to an upright which was welded to the tank mounting flange to support pipe to prevent breakage. Hole drilled through boot floor in front of the tank so pipe protruded into underside of the car this was connected to length of copper pipe to front of vehicle and to the return on carb.

As for ignition,running on points ,not sure of make,running very well at the moment!

Thanks for the info on the fuel return - I need to sort mine out properly.

I thought that all the 2-litre Fiat twin cams from the Mirafioris/131s had electronic ignition as standard - only the smaller-capacity ones had the points, so maybe someone swapped the dizzy for one from a 1600/1800 at some point...

i don't have one yet but I know of one, so no photos yet.  need an engine too, is the fiat twin cam like horace used the way to go?
