You mentioned on your other intro something about working on the doors. Are you just replacing the standard doors or adding the larger '2 door' doors and extending the cab as well?

I ask this because I would be interested to know if it is possible as I could do with an extra inch or two, one for getting in and out of Alfie  and the other for leg room.

Again nice clear photos that gives me an idea what I should expect down the line. Keep them coming. :thumbleft:

Do you want it added to the MMO Map of the World? If so tell me what photo to use and I'll link it to this projects page.

I am planning to fit two door Minor doors and to lengthen the cab by about 10 inches.

Happy to be added to Map of the World.  Is this picture any good?

Latest picture, chassis and cab lengthened, two door doors to be fitted and Chevy wings rested in place! Rear wings on second picture won't be that low!

Great to see progress. Second picture reminds me of a half track! It's going to look a beast when finished.

Nice to see how the extension has been boosted.

Looking forward to seeing detailed photos of the door extensions. :)

Looking great.
When you fit the doors are you going to change the floor-pan (to a 2dr/traveller type), or just the sills? Would love to hear more details on that.
Also what sort of fuel tank are you planning to fit - I find the standard minor one too small for a twin cam.
The chassis extension looks just the job and the rear wings fantastic. 8)  8)  8)

Wheels are as in picture...big, car not with me at the moment so don't know actual size.

Extending floor pan and sills.  More pictures will follow.  Still thinking of fuel tank but won't be Minor.

That's looking really cool ,even without the rear gaurds on  :)

I think youre going to Defo inspire Big Al with this project of yours.

He's got the basic vehicle-he's on a welder/fabricators course-he needs a bit of extra space in his cabin (so he tells us)  Well either that or his drinking partner is "Mr Blobby"

Great thread, looking to follow it.

I'll 2nd that  8)

Great inspiration for me. Defo need the '2 door' extension having sat in Morrisand944Man's Traveller on Tuesday night. Didn't bang my head or have to reverse in...

The back is looking really good too. More ideas for the cooking pot. Interesting little 'skirts' at the back of the cab. Helps with the final lines I guess.
