Charged up and seems to be working good, will need vacuumed back down and the compressor resealed with new seals because it's leaking but once all sealed up it should function well

Also finally got the truck down off the rack and on the ground, finally able to drive it a little so far so good everything seems to function as designed.

Thanks guys for the kind words, hopefully i can get my a/c leaks taken care of soon and I can get the bed and cab back on. I did get the compressor tore apart and resealed this weekend but still have an issue with a compression fitting. Turns out my compression fitting was designed for steel tubing and I put it on aluminum, oops! Once I get that fixed with a correct fitting and re pressure test I hopefully can move forward.

Well after a couple tries I was able to get my ac line put together. I ended up brazing the lines together with aluminum brazing rod. It is definitely an art I could use some practice with but it went together and looks decent. I pressure tested it for two days and it held without dropping any pressure so should be ready to get charged with refrigerant.

Now with the AC straightened out I fitted the bed loosely and fitted the rear lights

New wheels, 15x7. Bought them from jegs , their brand. Seem to be good quality.

Thanks, I think it's a good look. I was a little concerned the wheels would just blend in kinda like the rest of the chrome just because the color of the truck is so bright but they really stand out and seem to help make the other chrome stand out too.

I installed some seat belts, I pulled them out of a Ford Transit connect. They seem to be a good fit.
