Just wiring up my line lock & ordering a smaller pulley for the blower :D Its the only chance (with no nitrous) of giving you a run for your money :D Dunk

Should be interesting, but its all about getting off the line,i have no idea how mines gonna react,i shall reset four link bars so more suited to launching and cross me fingers,i would have thought softer springs would help on rear but bit unsure of whati need for drag racing
I went to santa pod last week, classic ford weekend, the guys with mk1 escorts with 20L pinto on carbs running 9 and10 second quarter, unbelievable

You're spot on Dunk its the 60ft times that are so important To be honest my moggy used to spin into second  & side wards  But now on single leaf rear springs & adjustable gaz shocks + sticky tyres so it should be better 8) I would be more than happy to dip in the 13s The Escorts are so fast very impressive !!

After having bad week with dodgy turbos leaking oil everywhere,i thought only thing to do buy new turbo,so Paul(wap347)going for smaller pully on blower,i went bigger turbo, gone for turbotechnics T35 with world rally car spec .55 rear housing, capable of pushing just over 400 horses with pretty much no lag :D :D .Only down side was cleaning car up after all the oil leaks,I discovered that the breather pipe going in catch tank had got kinked, and was stopping engine from breathing, hence all the excess pressure forcing oil past oil seals in turbo, aaaaarrrrrgggggggggg, :bom: :bom: stupid boy Pike   ,well at least i ended up with better turbo, gonna have to put some bits on ebay to recoupe money, good job i loves me car ,So should be at Nostalgia drags weekend, wont be at full power as wont be able to get set up on rolling road
