New JLH 4 pot disc kit

Postby jonathon H » Fri Apr 13, 2012 7:32 pm

Here is our new 4 pot disc kit, for both Minor and Ford pcd. It is based on a 260mm vented disc, with new mounting brackets  and HiSpec lightweight alloy 4 pot calipers ( these will carry the JLH Motorsport logo on the production versions). This kit can be an upgrade to any of our previous Ford based kits. Price is £595 plus VAT and stock will be in over the next few weeks.
Note this kit will fit 13" wheels upward.

looks good. i much prefer the fixed caliper to a floating one. and this seems to do away with the fiddly spring clips of the ford calipers.

Based on your comment of being compatible with the current ford kit, does that mean it still uses ford discs?

Yes grooved and drilled plus both together will be upgrades on the standard set up . There will also be a selection of std and performance pads. The discs are Escort RS Turbo discs.
There will also be colour options on the calipers ie black or gold annodised.
The main reason for producing this kit ,apart from performance and weight saving, is that we will have full control of every aspect, ie not relying on used donor parts and reconditioning.
I'll be introducing a soild disc version in the next month or so with either 2 or 4 pot configuration which will come in at about £80 cheaper.

Cheers Roy.
The twin assembly is to demo the different disc kits we offer at shows. Also acts as a Jig to mock up customer kits before they are sent out.

Looks really good - I wish I had the money spare! I'm going to have to replace my drums anyway, a little cheaper though...

Does that price include VAT? (Edit, just noticed it doesn't)
