Hello from Doncaster, South Yorkshire

If you are new to the board or have never made a post before, don't just lurk around, post in here and introduce yourself and your Minor if you have one. It would be great to hear from you.

Hello from Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Post by Colin J »

:D Hi, my name's Colin. I recently bought an unrestored 69 Traveller. I hope to do some body and mechanical restoration work on her, as she is looking a little tatty. Otherwise she runs quite well.

Hello and welcome to this little band of happy Morris Minor owners! I hope the learning curve will not be TOO sharp. Morris Minors can be very rewarding to own but, as you say, generally require a bit of work now and again :)

Yes I've worked on a few before they were classics, In the past I have owned a 68 Mini, an Anglia 105e, mk 2, 3 and 5 Cortinas, an Avenger and a 56 series 1 land rover.

I’m sure you will do better than that. Mine’s still a bit tatty in places.
