Are these attached the wrong way, other pictures I’ve seen show the internal part the other way around

The right hand door doesn’t stay as well.

Only had her three days, just getting to know her

Thanks in advance

Jon

How do I take them apart to turn the other way up, as the door end is the correct way around.

Don’t seem to slip off the end, can the sprung detent be taken apart to allow the catch to be changed around?

Swap the whole unit from left to right as they are handed.

But it does look like the door end brackets are the right way round. Is there evidence of the arm being re-riveted back on? It does look like one of the arms has been bent a bit.

Is that going to work as the bracket on the door itself is the correct way up?

My message passed in the post!

No evidence of re-riveting.

How do I take the mechanism off the arm. You see them separated on eBay.

Don’t want to damage anything, just yet!

With the screws removed from the part on the waist rail you should be able to wiggle the end through the latch but you may need to undo the spring loaded part. Be careful nothing goes boing.

Everybody was correct, the catchments were on the wrong side.

Thanks all.

That's great, bet the doors still don't hold themselves open though ;)
