Traveller wood, To fill or not to fill that is the question

Finishing, Windows, Hoods & Trav wood etc
HI all
I have some small gaps in the joints of the wood frame where they have shrunk over time. Is there a recommended filler that anyone has used and does to show too much?
I would appreciate some guidance.

Hi
I have used “Captain Tolley’s Creeping Crack Cure” on mine.
It wicks its way along any small gaps and then sets to prevent ingress of water, it looks like milk when you inject it with a hypodermic syringe, but dries colourless.
