If the quality is not good enough I can send the original scans but they would not post using the attache file option, until I resaved them at a lower quality.

Tried again using 1024 by 768 instead of 640 by 480 seems to be a bit easier to read now.

Here's the diagram I use.   Probably also need to put a link wire from A to A1 terminal on the box.
