At a guess the minus reading is simply due to the orientation of the cables on the voltage tester.
I would be very tempted to put the old regulator/control box on the car again (it doesn't need to be screwed in, just wired in) and see if the light works correctly.
I tried the old regulator but it did not work as well
I tried everything by now i think
Otherwise it will be the garage next monday

Yes
The ignition light started flickering so I went to the garage
The mechanic was turning the adjustment screws and told me he damaged it
So I ordered a new one but the problem stays

I am a very happy person today
after testing everything I found out that the negative cable on the regulator doesn't t always give a negative as it should
I replaced the cable and now everything works as it should

Well done.
Is that another one for the majority of electric gremlins being down to faulty earths?
Now you can enjoy driving it. It must be like a rally car compared to a softly sprung 2 CV.

The 2cv or ugly duck as she is called is so comfortable

Yes very comfortable my uncle had one and later a Dyane.
No Whitworth spanners needed for them.
If I remember most of it came apart with a 10mm and a 13mm spanner.
