I like 13” wheels you can run fatter profile tyres like 55/60 profile and car rides much nicer than on low profile tyres, when I first built my moggy in 80’s they were biggest I could get, excuse photo of young me
Wheels were 13x6

I never thought the 13" wheels currently on it looked too small until I started this thread - looking at the car yesterday, I could see it!

I think 13 inch wheels look fine too. Only problem I had was getting them wide enough for 8 inch rims. Largest width now seems to be a 205/60 x13, plus there is a price to pay these days because of rarity.
Mine with 13's:

Standard PCD is 4 x 4" (101.6mm)

Minilites are common, but even 15" like mine aren't terribly expensive. £75 per rim I recall. You could end up paying that for banded or wide steels.

Hi Chris
Would you know the offset measurements (inner and outer) on your 15in wheels
Cheers

Hi,

Not sure if Chris has been on in a while, but I think his are the same as mine which I think were marked as ET15.

They are what JLH supply.
