Do you have a standard coil? The 'sports' coils tend to burn the Accuspark units out pretty quickly I believe.
The one I fitted gave up the ghost after about 18 months so I fitted the complete Stealth dizzy and it works very well. In fact it's now fitted to my Commer camper after the Simonbbc (same as Accuspark) module I fitted to it failed after 10 years.

The coil that is fitted Panky is an intermoto coil 1180 part number if that helps?
I have a standard coil spare if you think this may help?

If it's the Intermotor 11080 then I don't think it's anything particularly 'sport' so it should be OK. It's a bit strange though that Accuspark sell a kit that includes their sport coil, maybe things have moved on since I got the Simonbbc ones all those years ago.
Personally I would contact Accuspark and let then know that you have been having failures and see what they come up with, you may be able to negotiate a discount on a new dizzy or at least get a new module out of them. In the mean time maybe re-fit the points and see how it runs.
