Request for an exhaust photo

Hi All, My restoration of my traveller is nearing completion and I am just about ready to fire the engine up ( after 25 + years ) however once again I need the help of the forum members. I have bought a new stainless steel and fitting kit but having extensive welding done to the car, I cannot see where the flexible mounting strips fit on to the underbody of the car, I know they mount front and rear of the back axle but should there be brackets, I know it is a simple thing but would appreciate a few photos to give me an idea.

This is from my traveller, original setup as far as I know.

Front, near front spring hanger

Rear, onto sloping rear floor section behind gas tank. Note the U channel reinforcing plate under the bolt head.

BTW, all original under this car, no rust repairs!

I like the way you have taken time and effort to position the U bolts on the clamps too.

So many people leave them hanging down, as it is easier, but they they can occasionally catch stuff.

Sean.

P.S. In this country you need copper grease on the bolts. :)

Thanks TeHoro, pictures are excellent and just what I needed, I will now fit the exhaust tomorrow and hopefully startup the engine on tuesday. the engine has had the the block rebored, new pistons and rings, new main and big end shells and a new oil pump so I am crossing my fingers.
Thanks again,
Graham
