OK, good point, if the rear wings are fibreglass replacements, then a repair with fibreglass is the way to go!

I've used fibreglass to bodge up old cars in the past, and just follow the instructions and its fine. To repair cracked fibre glass, grind out the crack to get a good surface for the FG to bond to, apply, let it dry and sand smooth. 40grit paper is effective at sanding FG down quickly (use a mask!), then finer paper before priming.
