Traveller rear bumper blade angle

Postby posti » Sun Mar 11, 2018 1:31 pm

My 1963 Traveller has undamaged rear bumper blades on what looks to be a straight mounting bar. However, the blades angle in towards the body on the outer ends. The angle is even. Are the bumper blades supposed to be perpendicular to the body and flat across the back, or have that angle to the outside edges? I can't tell for sure in any of the pictures I can find.

Thanks! Looks like it should be straight. I have new blades on the way, and can straighten the support bar.
